THE VERDICT:

This is actually mom's product so I thought of reviewing this for you guys.

Mom told me that this is the perfect brown blush for her. It gives her a nice warm yet light toasty look.

The packaging is lightweight and thin so you don't have to worry about it eating up space and adding weight in your bag. It also comes with a blusher brush so you don't have to worry about bringing a set of brush in your bag.

Here's a closer look at the powder. I find the design cute. And for an expensive blush, the amount is kinda' small.

Here's a swatch of the blush on my hand. It's a beige- brown blush that goes on a little sheer. Layer it to build the color. It does give you a nice chiseled look because brown shades can enhance your skin tone and can give your face a contour.

However, I find this a bit similar to Nars' powder blush in Madly. I'd rather have that because I get a pretty big pan by adding a small amount that's not too big at all.

Again, I'm nowhere near impressed with the blush but it's decent. I'm not really a fan of the line. Well, my mom is. And I could pretty much say that this looked good on her. But I'm pretty fine with my Madly thankyouverymuch. :)

This is actually given to me by mom. She fell in love with the color and since she knew that I love lipsticks, she got me this one. Thanks mummy! :)

PK303 is a nice milky beige color. It is in the satin variant and it glides on like butter on the lips. It does not have any smell. Well, it might have for some but it's too light, it goes unnoticeable at all.

However, I still find this a bit drying on the lips even if it's in the satin variant. But staying power is kinda' impressive. If you use your lips too much, it gets wiped out.

Will I buy this again? Definitely not. I think this color is dupe-able by Nyx Round Lipstick in Thalia. And besides, the color range of the perfect rouge lipstick is ain't impressive and extensive so there's no way I'm repurchasing this. Unless if it's given as a gift. :)

This is actually mom's powder. So for this is for the benefit of those who would want to try the Shiseido powders.

My mom has this fixation over powder shades that are a shade lighter than her skin tone. So she got OO30, which obviously a shade lighter than her skin tone.

It comes in a sophisticated looking compact with a compartment which separates the sponge from the powder, which makes this compact hygienic. I give it 10 stars.

Closer look at the powder

The consistency of the powder has a buttery texture. It glides on smoothly on my skin and it blends into a natural finish. It has a medium to heavy coverage. It also lasted my face on the whole day. It didn't quite control my oilies. But even if my oilies are visible, my face still remained flawless and finely covered.

I retouched my face for you guys so you can gauge how good the coverage of this foundation is.

Will I buy this? Maybe not. It's too expensive and I don't understand why I have to purchase the compact and the powder separately. Price is too steep for a foundation. I'd rather buy my HG powder foundation which is MAC's Studio Fix. But it someone gives this to me as a present, then I'd love to have it! :)

END OF THE WEEK'S HAUL

Hey guys! Update time. I'm so glad Pepeng did not hit Manila today as expected by PAG- ASA. I just wish that he changes his direction for life! I wish he gets lost at sea or he just vanishes in thin air than wreck havoc in other countries.

Mom also got back from a business trip in Vietnam. So this means DUTY FREE TIME! :) But more than that, I am glad that my mom's safely home.

Mom went to her wedding party and she dropped me off at the fort high street because I had to stay in a coffee shop and download some stuff that I need to finish before the semester ends. Also, I need to post some blog updates and reviews for you guys. :)

At around 9:30 P.M., we met in Fully Booked and decided to stroll a bit before heading home. 

Mom got her secretary a small shoulder bag from Crumpler and she bought herself a YUMMY Wagyu Burger from Brother's Burger.

And here's my purchase. Another END OF THE WEEK haul. I was a bit disappointed because I did not get any freebies for my purchase! :x

I went to the Shiseido boutique because I'd love to try their make- up line. I was looking for a pressed powder but they only have three shades. Unfortunately, the shades were too dark and too light for my skin tone. :p And their lipsticks weren't too impressive. In fact, all the colors made my teeth look garish! 

Thanks, but I'm not interested with the Shiseido make- ups anymore. :p

So I just decided to get myself a skin care set. I'm very much in love with my Kiehl's products but I wanted to try Shiseido's skin care line because mom's been using it for years now and she swears by it. I was leaning towards buying their face sunblock, which I really love when I managed to get a sample but I just realized that it might not be sunny in the following days or months so I'd probably purchase it around summer.

I got myself a Shiseido The Skincare Moisturizing Hydratant. It's a 3- step skincare system including an ultra gentle facial foam, moisturizing toner and a moisturizing face emulsion with spf.

This baby is quite expensive so my face has to look and feel great! This set costs 2650php.

Imma try this for a week and let's see how it goes. :)
